Keeping up with Kourtney Kardashian’s kids!
The reality star is a proud mom of three — and now she’s pregnant with her fourth child.
Not only does the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum share Mason, Penelope and Reign with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, but she became a stepmother when she married Travis Barker in May 2022.
The Blink-182 rocker is the father of son Landon and daughter Alabama with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He also maintains a close bond with his former stepdaughter Atiana.
Before officially blending their family in an Italy wedding ceremony, the couple had pursued in vitro fertilization in the hopes of conceiving their first child together.
The Poosh creator told “Kardashians” viewers in May 2023 that she was “officially done with IVF” and instead “officially believ[ing] in what God has in store” for her and Barker.

Mason Dash Disick
Kardashian was the first of her siblings to give Kris Jenner a grandchild, giving birth to son Mason in December 2009.
“The experience was so indescribable and life-changing, and I can’t believe he’s all mine,” the new mom gushed after pulling her son out herself in the delivery room.
Kardashian and Disick documented their eldest child’s life via Instagram after his arrival, but the duo slowed down their posting in his preteen years.
In 2019, Mason made headlines for almost getting into a fight at school — but his parents refused to “whip [his] ass” at Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble’s urging.
Mason created an Instagram account the following year, which Kardashian promptly deleted after he went live and addressed rumors about Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s relationship.
When Mason turned 13 in December 2022, he celebrated with a lavish bar mitzvah.
Penelope Scotland Disick
Mason became a big brother when Penelope was born in July 2012. Notably, Kardashian also pulled her baby girl out while giving birth.
The reality star admitted in an October 2022 “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast episode that her daughter has slept with her “every day since she was born and pretty much still does.”
“Unless she has a friend sleep over or unless she leaves me to go sleep at Travis’ or Auntie Coco’s or Auntie Kiki’s,” she noted at the time, referencing Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashain, respectively. “Besides that, we are so close.”
Disick has also gushed about his bond with Penelope, whom he has nicknamed “Peep.”
“My darling darling baby, I barely have words for what this little girl means to me,” the Talentless creator wrote via Instagram in March 2023.
The little one has given glimpses of her love of makeup and her friendship with Kim’s daughter North with TikTok videos over the years.
Reign Aston Disick
Mason shares a birthday with his younger brother, Reign, who was born in December 2014.
In July of the following year, Kourtney and Disick called it quits after nine years together.

The former couple amicably co-parent their three kids, even filming a YouTube video about their dynamic in April 2019.
“The fact that we’ve tried and made it work makes life that much better,” Disick said at the time. “I couldn’t imagine raising three children with somebody I couldn’t speak to every day.”
As for their youngest child’s personality, Reign stole the show during an “Ellen DeGeneres Show” appearance that same year.
His unique hairstyles have also made headlines, from his platinum locks to his mohawk.
Baby No. 4
Kourtney revealed at a Blink-182 concert in June 2023 that she and Barker have a baby on the way, holding up a “Travis I’m Pregnant” sign in a sheer top and leather pants as he performed.
“Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan,” the expectant star captioned baby bump photos via Instagram.
Kourtney’s sisters gushed over her expanding family. “We’re having a Kravis baby,” Kim wrote on her Story, while Khloé added, “Congratulations my cuties!!! My baby is having a baby. I love you and baby soooooo much.”
