Kroy Biermann claims Kim Zolciak’s gambling has “financially devastated” the family.
The former NFL player is requesting in new court documents, obtained by Page Six, that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star undergo psychological evaluation because of the “compulsions” she’s presented.
Zolciak has allegedly been “spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance,” he claims in the documents, and “this compulsion has financially devastated the parties.”
He further alleged that “[Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling” that she cannot properly take care of their four minor children: Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
Biermann, 37, wants the Bravolebrity tested for mental health issues such as depression, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder and more, per the documents.
As apparent proof of Zolciak’s alleged gambling addiction, Biermann attached scanned copies of bank statements and checks allegedly showing thousands of dollars in withdrawals.
Reps and lawyers for Zolciak did not immediately return our request for comment.
The Atlanta Falcon alum’s motion for psychological evaluation comes after the “Don’t Be Tardy” star requested her estranged husband be drug tested.
In a previous filing, Zolciak claimed she witnessed Biermann smoking marijuana and has “concerns” about the “safety” of their four minor children.

The former couple are in the midst of a bitter custody battle over their four minor children, with Biermann filing a petition seeking sole legal and physical custody of his biological kids, while his estranged wife asked for the same.
However, she was willing to allow her ex visitation rights.
Zolciak and Biermann raced to the courthouse earlier this month to file for divorce, although a source previously told Page Six that the reality star had been contemplating a split for “months.”
The former pair finally pulled the plug on their marriage amid mounting financial trouble.
The same day the divorce news broke, it was reported that Zolciak and Biermann owe the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.
Despite going through an acrimonious divorce, the duo are still living together under the same roof of their Georgia mansion, which was recently under foreclosure.
However, an insider previously confirmed to Page Six that the former co-stars are actively “avoiding each other” while in the same home.
