She’s blossoming into a thoughtful young adult.
Suri Cruise looked all grown up as she was spotted buying gorgeous flowers, seemingly for mom Katie Holmes, in New York City on Mother’s Day.
The 17-year-old daughter of Holmes and Tom Cruise was photographed exiting a SoHo flower shop holding two bouquets of stunning pink and purple blossoms wrapped neatly in parchment paper and plastic.
She looked like the spitting image of her famous mother as she stepped out into the sunshine on Sunday to purchase the bouquets.
The teenager’s long brown locks framed her face as she dressed casually in blue jeans and a white button-down top.
It is not known with certainty whom Suri gifted the bouquets, but it’s very likely that at least one floral arrangement went to the 44-year-old “Dawson’s Creek” alum.
Holmes did showcase the Mother’s Day flowers, but she did take to Instagram on Sunday to honor her own mom with a sweet message.
“Happy Mother’s Day!!!!!! I am so grateful to my mom for all of her love, support, inspiration, patience, generosity and kindness,” the actress captioned a black-and-white photo of Kathleen Stothers-Holmes.
She added, “And for letting me borrow from her closet, giving me all the handmade quilts she’s created, and so generously making me laugh throughout the years. I love you mom.❤️”
Suri — who is very close to her mom — remains mostly under the radar.
Last month, Holmes spoke about wanting to shield the teen from paparazzi after growing up in the spotlight thanks to her famous parents.

“She’s an incredible person,” Holmes said of her daughter.
Page Six reported in March that the 60-year-old “Top Gun: Maverick” star hasn’t seen the teen in years and has “no part” in her life.
Cruise — who was married to Holmes for five years before his belief in Scientology caused their relationship to crumble — also shares adopted children Connor and Isabella with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
