Things are getting messy.
“Messyness” co-host Tori Spelling was spotted seething outside an attorney’s office Monday while carrying a notepad that showed a discussion about “custody,” “support” and “assets” was on the agenda.
The handwritten 3 p.m. reminder all but pointed to an impending divorce, though Spelling, 48, and her husband of 15 years, Dean McDermott, have been fending off rumors of marital strife for months.
In the paparazzi photos taken in Los Angeles, Spelling was seen angrily shouting into her cellphone.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum was dressed very conservatively in an all-black suit with her hair pulled back into a low ponytail. She accessorized the chic look with oversize sunglasses, pointed toe heels and layered necklaces.
At one point, Spelling was seen hunching over to make aggressive hand gestures as she firmly grasped her yellow legal notepad.
Close-up shots of the actress’ notes reveal why she may have been so upset: An outline showed she listed “Pig pen – get quote,” “AAA Jump Start Van” and finally “3pm Lawyer – assets – support – custody.”
According to photographers, the former “BH90210” star spent about an hour inside her lawyer’s office and left with McDermott, 54, “nowhere in sight.”
After her heated telephone call outside the office, she was seen getting into a large, gray Suburban by herself.
Reps for Spelling did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Last week, McDermott was seen chatting with two women in a parking lot before his kids’ soccer game. He was not wearing his wedding ring at the time.
In September, however, the former “Chopped Canada” host brushed off breakup rumors.
“It’s just weird that people need to know,” he said in an episode of the “Feminine Warrior” podcast.
“‘What’s going on with Tori and Dean? She’s not wearing her ring.’ Why do you need to know that? How is that going to affect your day?”
McDermott added that he didn’t feel the need to reply to all the speculation anymore, saying, “It’s just like, ‘OK, if that’s what you want to think, then think it.’”
In June, Spelling revealed she and her husband were sleeping in different bedrooms, adding fuel to the fire. Neither has directly confirmed they are getting a divorce.
The couple have been married since May 2006 and share five children: Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4.
They infamously weathered a cheating scandal in late 2013 after McDermott admittedly stepped out on Spelling, which became the basis for their 2014 Lifetime docuseries, “True Tori.”
