Rumer Willis reached a ‘finger up there’ to break her own water while in labor
Rumer Willis is proudly putting her postpartum belly on display.
The first-time parent shared a snap of her “mom bod” via her Instagram Story on Monday – two months after giving birth to daughter Louetta.
“Mom bod feeling so cozy in my @bleusalt,” Willis, who welcomed her mini-me with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, captioned a mirror selfie.
The pic showed the “Dancing With the Stars” alum, 34, rocking a pair of white sweatpants with a matching crop top.
She layered the casual ensemble with a white cardigan and posed with one hand raised above her head.
The eldest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis styled her fiery tresses in a side part and loose curls, as she completed the look with fuzzy blue socks.
Rumer confirmed she and Thomas had welcomed their baby girl in mid April when she posted an adorable snap of the newborn to her Instagram.
“Louetta Isley Thomas Willis,” the proud mom wrote at the time. “You are pure magic. Born at home on Tuesday April 18th. You are more than we ever dreamed of.”
Rumer’s pregnancy news came as a surprise to many fans as she debuted her baby bump in December 2022, just one month after she and Thomas made their relationship Instagram-official.

Proud dad Bruce, 68, and wife Emma Heming Willis also shared their excitement about the little one at the time.
“Baby news is happy news!!!” the model, 44, gushed via Instagram. “Congratulations @rumerwillis and @derekrichardthomas We are elated over here!”
Rumer most recently revealed she broke her own water while in labor, at the instruction of her doula. The “Sorority Row” actress recalled the “crazy” experience of reaching “[her] finger up there” during an episode of the “Informed Pregnancy Podcast.”
“[I] could totally feel this little bag … like a water balloon but with a bit tougher skin,” she said, noting that she “popped it” during her next contraction.
“There’s a photo of me, and I just have this look of shock and surprise on my face because it’s a different sensation when the water bag is pushing against your cervix to when the baby’s head is.”
Rumer also shared that Thomas “caught” Louetta when she came out during the “unmedicated home birth.”
“It was the wildest thing,” Rumer said.
“She had a cord wrapped around her neck, but it was also wrapped around her body in, like, almost, like, a prom sash.”
