Al Pacino and pregnant girlfriend Noor Alfallah are still a couple

There’s a swirl of gossip around Al Pacino and his pregnant girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, with outlets variously claiming that the “Godfather” star wanted a paternity test and that they broke up “long ago.” But insiders tell Page Six that at least as of now, they are a couple.

“Yes, they are still together,” a source close to Pacino, 83, told Page Six on Thursday.

On Tuesday, a source told gossip site Showbiz411 that Pacino “actually thought their relationship was over a long time ago” and has had “lawyers … working on this for months.”

They further painted Alfallah, 29, as a gold digger “famous for dating a series of rich, older men” including the Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger.

A source previously told us Alfallah is far from money grubbing, with an insider telling us her “family is wealthy and she is very well-connected… They fly private.”

Another source said frankly: “She is not a gold digger.”

TMZ reported Tuesday that Pacino didn’t even believe he was able to impregnate his 29-year-old girlfriend and demanded proof that it was his. Sources told the outlet he allegedly had medical issues that he believed would prevent him from fathering a child.

Pacino’s rep confirmed earlier this week that the duo are expecting, but told us Pacino was not issuing a statement right now. His rep declined to comment on new reports about the paternity test.

Coincidentally, the flack also represents fellow old dad, Robert DeNiro, who recently welcomed his 7th child, with Tiffany Chen. DeNiro, 79, told “Today” Thursday he was “very happy” about Pacino’s news.

“He’s a few years older than me. God bless him,” he said.
