Luann de Lesseps may be cool (not all, like, uncool), but she’s not afraid to heat things up on Instagram.

So when a commenter called her “too old” on one of her bikini-clad posts in April, the 58-year-old “Real Housewives of New York” alum defended the look — a sexy style she’s certainly standing by as summer approaches.

“People should be able to do and wear what they want,” she tells Page Six Style of making her response video.

“I had to clap back to that because I just found it so irritating … women should not be shaming each other.”

Now, with a trip to St. Barts for “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy” on the horizon — not to mention another return to the screen in a spin-off with Sonja Morgan, “Welcome to Crappie Lake”  — it’s safe to say the star won’t be ditching her beachwear anytime soon.

“I think at this point in my life, I’m proud of the fact that I can still put on a bikini, and I don’t like people shaming women about their age,” she says.

As for how she captures the perfect shot? De Lesseps says it comes down to three things: Pose, “good” lighting and confidence. (“It goes back to the old days of modeling, you know,” she notes.)

Wearing a swimsuit “you feel comfortable in” can’t hurt either, and the star tells us she loves designs from celeb-loved designer Melissa Odabash — whose pieces include solid color staple styles like the white Bahamas Halter Bikini Top ($126) and aptly-named Hamptons Knot Bikini Top ($139).

The Bravoleb keeps it equally classic when it comes to her skincare regime, as she tells us her beauty arsenal currently includes the “very hydrating” Kiehl’s Creme de Corps ($34).

Her cabinet also features “good exfoliators” from Molton Brown — whose offerings include the Body Polisher ($50)  — and products from Embryolisse, which has racked up a long list of celebrity fans for its Lait Creme Concentrate ($29).

At the end of the day, however, De Lesseps’ ageless beauty secrets don’t all boil down to potions and products.

“My mother is 94 and she has great skin but she uses Ponds Cold Cream,” she says. “I think it’s just … having a healthy lifestyle, working out and taking care of yourself … [and] being happy.”
